These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the bs8 life platform and all related services. "We", "us", or "Platform" refers to bs8 life, and "you" or "Member" refers to any user registered on this platform.

By registering on bs8 life, logging in, or using any service, you are considered to have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms. If you disagree with any term, please refrain from using this platform.

1 Age and Identity

To open an account on bs8 life and participate in any gaming or betting activity, a member must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. Registration by anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited.

• All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate, and up to date.
• Each person may open only one account; if the same person creates multiple accounts, they will be cancelled.
• Operating an account on behalf of a third party or sharing account credentials with others is strictly prohibited.
• bs8 life reserves the right to suspend or cancel an account if false information is provided during registration.

2 Identity Verification (KYC)

bs8 life may request the necessary documents to verify a member's identity at any time. Withdrawals or certain features may be restricted until verification is complete. If verification documents are not submitted within the required time, the account may be suspended.

3 Registration and Login

At the time of registration, the member must provide an active mobile number or email address. A member's personal password must be used to log in, and the member is fully responsible for keeping it confidential.

• Any unauthorized login or suspicious activity must be reported to bs8 life support immediately.
• bs8 life will not be held responsible for any loss resulting from a security breach on the account if the member has shared their password.
• A request to temporarily or permanently close an account can be made via live chat.

4 Account Suspension or Cancellation

bs8 life may suspend or cancel an account without notice under any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms or suspected fraudulent activity.
• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Attempting to claim bonus benefits through artificial means.
• Attempting to compromise the platform's security systems.

5 Deposit Terms

bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are accepted for deposits on bs8 life. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (three hundred taka). Deposits must be made from the member's own account; deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be returned.

6 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum amount for a withdrawal is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. If there is an active bonus wagering requirement on the account, withdrawals may be restricted during that period.

• Withdrawal requests will only be sent to a mobile wallet registered in the member's own name.
• To withdraw winnings earned from a bonus, the associated wagering requirement must be met.
• In cases of suspicious transactions, bs8 life may temporarily hold a withdrawal for verification.

7 Welcome Bonus

New members on bs8 life can receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. To withdraw this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times. For example, on a ৳1,000 deposit, a ৳1,000 bonus is received making the total balance ৳2,000, and ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.

8 General Terms for Other Bonuses

Each bonus has its own wagering requirements, validity period, and eligibility criteria. The following rules apply to all bonuses:

• Only one bonus can be active at a time.
• It is not possible to withdraw the bonus balance before the wagering requirement is met.
• The minimum deposit required to receive a bonus is ৳300.
• If an attempt is made to claim a bonus through fraud or artificial means, the account and bonus will be cancelled.
• Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts on the same device, IP address, or payment method will be treated as fraud.

9 Game Operations

Slots, live casino, sports betting, and other games on bs8 life are operated through various software providers. Each game has its own rules, and it is the member's responsibility to read the relevant information before starting a game.

• If the result of a game is uncertain due to a technical error, bs8 life reserves the right to void that round.
• Any payout made in error due to faulty software will be considered void.

10 Betting Terms

For sports betting, specific rules apply to individual markets and events. If a match is cancelled or postponed, bs8 life will settle the bet according to the applicable policy.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• In the case of an obvious pricing error, bs8 life reserves the right to void or correct the bet.
• Placing bets on multiple outcomes of the same event at the same time to gain risk-free profit ("arbitrage betting") is prohibited.

11 VIP Levels and Benefits

bs8 life has four VIP levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. The weekly cashback rate differs at each level — up to 0.4% at Bronze, 0.8% at Silver, 1.1% at Gold, and 1.5% at Platinum. Cashback is calculated based on the weekly net loss.

For example, a Gold level member with a weekly net loss of ৳20,000 will receive ৳20,000 × 1.1% = ৳220 in cashback.

• VIP levels are updated automatically according to the criteria set by bs8 life.
• VIP benefits apply only to active members at the specified level.
• bs8 life reserves the right to change the detailed terms of the VIP program.

12 Protective Measures

bs8 life believes that gaming and betting should be a form of entertainment and should never cause financial stress. Members can request deposit limits, betting limits, or self-exclusion for a set period for their own protection.

17 Unacceptable Conduct

• Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.
• Engaging in harassing or abusive behavior toward other members.

22 Severability of Terms

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. If bs8 life does not enforce any part of these terms at any time, that will not be considered a waiver of that right.
